The 2021 Clan Moffat Society AGM & Gathering is being held in Grants Pass, Oregon. The organiser is Roberta Marsh.

The current line up of planned events is:

Wednesday July 21 Evening	Meet and greet at the hotel. Anyone who comes earlier can enjoy local sites that we can direct you to.
Thursday July 22	Morning Clan Moffat Society Executive Board Meeting Afternoon to Evening Meet at the Hellgate Jet Boat Dock. Located in Riverside Plaza, 966 SW 6th Street, Grants Pass. This is a 4 hour excursion boat trip on the Rogue Rivere and dinner at Hellgate River Lodge - all you can eat BBQ and beverages. Purchase your tickets by callin 541-479-7204 ext 2188 or eMail groupinfo@hellgate.com. Be sure to review their cancellation policy. You can also purchases cancellation insurance for $7.00 charge. Friday July 23	Morning Board Vans for tour of Harry and David’s in Medford Oregon. We will continue to the Historic Town of Jacksonville, Oregon to wander around and enjoy. Lunch will be on your own in one of cafes in this charming town. We will again board the vans and visit 3 or 4 local wineries on our way back to Grants Pass. If you wish there should be time for wine tasting. That evening there will be a picnic or BBQ at the Marsh Home. Alternative There will be an alternate outing for the children. They will be chaperoned to Wildlife images a wildlife refuge for rehabilitating animals from birds to bears. They will go back to the Marsh home for a sack lunch and play games and do some crafts. We will all join them there for dinner.
Saturday July 24	Morning Gather at the Hotel Meeting Room for our Annual General Meeting. Evening TBA—Restaurants are not open yet, I will have to make reservations later. The cost will be sent out at a later date.
Sunday July 25 11am	Check Out. See you next year!
