Well, it is almost here and your cousins in Northern Virginia are excited about seeing each of you. As you all know, Madam Jean will be joining us this year and the gathering will include attendance at the Virginia Scottish Games & Festival.
ACCOMMODATIONS … We will be gathering at the Hyatt House just north of Dulles International Airport. Each room is a Studio Suite with full kitchen and living area, plus all the amenity areas for us to get together and visit; around the pool, in the cozy lounge areas, or around the stone fire pit. We are locked into a group booking rate of $74.00 per night, which includes a full buffet breakfast each morning. AGM SCHEDULE … We will begin the gathering on August 30th and officially end on September 2nd; however our group rate is available from Wednesday August 29th through September 3rd to accommodate for the Labor Day weekend.
