GRANTS PASS, OREGON

The time is almost here for your exciting trip to the beautiful Rogue Valley and Southern Oregon for the 2013 Clan Moffat AGM.

ACCOMMODATIONS: We will be gathering at La Quinta Inn and Suites 246 N. Morgan Lane, on the north end of Grants Pass. Each room will have a refrigerator, microwave , coffee maker and hair dryers. There is an indoor pool and Spa. We are locked in to a price of $89.00 per night and occupancy tax of 10.5%. The block of rooms will be held until June 16th under Clan Moffat Society. TRANSPORTATION: The closest airport to Grants Pass is Medford, Oregon (Airline Code MFR). Shuttle service is available and needs to be scheduled 2 days ahead of time. If you fly into Portland or Eugene you will need a rental car. Eugene (EUG) is 2 ½ hrs. and Porland (PDX) is 4 hrs. If you are wanting to come by train you can get off in Eugene or Klamath Falls either way it is 2 ½ hrs. For shuttle service from Medford call Double D Shuttle (541) 476-7773)

Wednesday, July 17th	5 - 8pm	Meet & Greet Reception
Thursday, July 18th	9am - 4:30pm	Board bus for a senic tour of mountain and forests of South Oregon. To Historical Crater Lake National forest. It is the 7th deepest lake in the world and the clearest. It is set in high volcanic mountains. Time for picture taking and enjoying.
	7 - 9pm	Executive board meeting
Friday, July 19th	9 - 11am	Annual General Meeting
	3:30pm	Leave for Hellgate Jetboat Excursions
	4:00pm	Board jetboat for a four hour, 36 mile exciting ride down the Rogue River. Stopping at the OK Corral for an all you can eat Country Buffet including beer and wine. You will get wet so dress appropriately. You should see birds and wild life along the river.
Saturday, July 20th	- 6pm	Free day to enjoy your surroundings on your own
	6pm -	Clan Moffat Closing Dinner at the Grants Pass Golf Club
